The GranTorino is a modular sofa conceived from a grand collaboration between award-winning French designer Jean-Marie Massaud and century-old Italian furniture manufacturer Poltrona Frau. This sofa features a generous array of cleverly functional and compact modules—allowing for a seemingly infinite number of combinations to suit any environment or need.
A bold design, compact shape and light structure the GranTorino offers an elegant nod to classic upholstery. Jean-Marie Massaud takes inspiration from the world of saddlery with his GranTorino design: a modular sofa with a refined and unique vision that combines Saddle Leather® and the finest fabric.
The high, slim armrest showcases intricate, careful craftsmanship which has a leather cover that folds down on the inside and is attached to the frame with elegant steel rivets. The spacious container upholstered entirely in leather and has an ecru fabric interior with an elegant, natural oak tray. An additional element of this composition is the low armrest, which can be added or removed as desired and is available in fabric or leather upholstery.
